Bruce is a veteran not just in the industry, but for our country as well. He served in the US Army from 1968 -1970 with the Vietnam Combat Duty. He continues to stay involved and gives back to his community, holding numerous positions on various local boards.

Francine Deming has over 35+ years of real estate industry and management experience.  As a former branch manager, she has vast experience in the areas of branch management, coaching, business development, ethics, fair housing and marketing. She shares all of this knowledge with the agents who attend the highly successful Broker Course that she has been teaching for the past 7 years.

Rhoda is a practicing REALTOR® and has built a successful real estate business since 2004. Along with being an active instructor since 2014, she is able to bring real world experience to the classroom, which enables students to grasp the concepts and ideas being taught. Rhoda's animated, humorous and engaging teaching style leaves students with the practical tools they need to take and pass their real estate classroom and state exam.

Prior to her real estate career, she held a leadership role for a major NYC financial firm as a project manager where she developed and implemented financial systems.
