  • Applicant must be 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have a high school education or equivalent certification
  • The absence of any convictions for forgery, burglary, robbery, any theft offense other than shoplifting, criminal conspiracy to defraud, or other like offenses within the five years (5) preceding the application for a license. Click here for more info.
  • Attend 80% of the 75-Hour Course
  • Achieve a passing grade of 70% to receive a certification of satisfactory competition.
  • Provide response to "screening questions" that relate to the statutory qualifications to receive a real estate license
